In 2012, National Geographic introduced the Ultimate Explorer app—NGUX—a mobile-responsive journal designed to facilitate visitor engagement at the interactive theme park. This application encompasses features such as a passbook, badges, missions, and achievements.
During my tenure at Keel London, an advertising agency, our team was selected to create a marketing brochure that elucidated the functionality of the new app and the advantages of its adoption. Following an extensive discussion with the National Geographic team, we concluded that a comic-style design would effectively appeal to a younger demographic and their families.
In this project, I was responsible for the illustrations as well as the design of the final layout.
